We have 2 Polycom systems in our Israel branch. We have upgraded one of the systems (Polycom HDX 7000) to the latests software version of 3.1.1.3 and now the system cannot connect to any Polycom far sites in our Boston office. Another system, Polycom HDX 6000 with slightly older software (3.0) which we also have at Israel office, connects just fine.
The Polycom HDX 7000 is the only device on the dedicated cable line (30Mb) and CAN connect to many demo Polycom sites: Polycom Israel, Polycom Massachusetts USA HD, etc.
So why the system connects to demo sites and cannot connect to any endpoint in the remote office?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The current HDX software is now 3.1.3, not sure if that is what you meant or if you are using 3.1.1.3.
I am wondering if during the upgrade the IP address was changed and now your network is possibly not treating it the same as previously. I.E. the firewall needs to be updated with the different IP address.
