HI

 

I have a site in Dubai that has the Polycom PVX software and they can call me fine on the HDX 7000, we get audio through the connection but no video feed. The HDX can connect to other Video Conferenceing units and other PVX software systems. fine but not this one. 

 

When I try to call from the HDX to the PVX in dubai it does not connect.

 

Any help is apreciated!
