Hi Mr.T,
I am sorry it has taken me a bit to get back to you. I performed the following steps:
To reset the system using the local interface:
1 Go to Settings > System Information > Diagnostics > Reset System.
2 Enable Delete System Settings.
3 Click Reset System.
I checked the following boxes:
Delete System Settings
Delete Directory Entries
Delete Certificates
This reset did not delete the software version installed on the endpoint before the reset.
This was a great solution. Thank you, MRT!
After about 15 seconds, the system restarts and displays the setup wizard
