HP Recommended

We have polycom hdx 7000 unit with touch control, 

but touch control does not have camera icon to control camera

pls advise how it can add to the touch panel

Kith, we have seen this on rare occasions but are not sure of the cause. Possibly having the camera disconnected when the panel was paired. I have tried to reproduce this but have been unsuccessful. However the fix is to restore the software on the panel and it will return to normal. Instructions for performing the Factory Restore on the panel are in the HDX Admin Guide in the Troubleshooting section. http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/us/support/video/hdx_series/hdx8000.html
