Hi,

if I paired the Polycom Touch control with SoundStructure , Am I able to control the master volume or the amplifier of the SoundStructure during the video call?

 

currently the volume control on the codec is not affecting since it is integrated with the SoundStructure, currently the only way to control the volume is from SoundStructure Studio. the customer is looking for a simple/user friendly solution to control the volume during the video call.

I would suggest to open a support case with Poly with all possible details and wiring diagram. Mentioned scenario will take more testing and troubleshooting.
