Polycom VSX 7000 cant call using the syntax conference@ip-address

Hello,
We are using vsx 7000 system, and all works fine.
But, calls with conference ID stay a fizzle.
It is possible communicate vsx 7000 with another client use this syntax conference@ip-address?

Try <ip_address>##<conference_id>; that is, the IP address followed by "##" and then the conference ID.

And you add ";" by end of the address - need use?

The syntax is:

    <ip_address>##<alias>

For example:

    8.8.8.8##1234
