Polycom default username and password (Web Administrator Setting)

Dear Polycom,

Polycom device for Video Conference already installed in my office. When i try to access Polycom IP Address and try to configure the Settings, suddenly displayed PopUp that must enter Username and Password.

I have asked the PIC that installed the Polycom, he said, he did not set any password.

Can you tell me the default username and password?

Hi,

Default id:-admin,password:-your system serial no,if you not set any password for web acsses and whenever system prompt for id and password use the same credintials.

I have same problem,

but I try Default id:-admin,password:-your system serial no, is not work.....

what can I do ? reset machine?
