Hi all, can someone help me, i am trying to do a video conference within my LAN from polycom vsx 7000a to a laptop through trueconf server using the trueconf gateway. I have installed both the trueconf server and trueconf gateway on a server. My problem is how change the admin settings in polycom to be able to video conference with a laptop through the trueconf gateway. Any suggestions?

TrueConf Server has built in SIP gateway, there is no need for a separate TrueConf Gateway app. You only need to enable SIP on Polycom endpoint and call it from any TrueConf client app using the following call to string "#sip:@polycom_ip". Make sure polycom endpoint allows incoming connections. Or you can call TrueConf app from polygon endpoint using "trueconf_user_id@trueconf_server_id". In case of any questions consult to a live chat on TrueConf website.
