HP Recommended

I have a polycom 300 series.

When i try to update the firmware i get the message: invalid software key.

Last email with Poly support,they said that thet changed the software key with new one [ U8BF-B005-0170-0000-025A ] , but it doesnt work.

 

As i know for each firmware version ,there is a different key.

 

  1. Current Version: 6.0.1.340040
  2. Version we want to install: 6.2.2.8-670021 (Latest)
  3. Model: RealPresence Group 310.

    Can we install the version 6.2.2.8-670021 directly from 6.0.1.340040?
