In the release notes for the product lines there is an interoperability section which defines the cameras which Polycom has tested and supports.
Other VISCA controlled cameras may work as long as the output of the camera matches the format, resolution and frame rate. It is best to check the release notes and the User's Guide for supported formats and resolutions.
I checked the specifications of the camera, it has S-video, component and YPbPr outputs and supports VISCA. This should work on the HDX and the QDX. The one open on the HDX is if the IR will act as a receiver for the HDX remote as the only IR receiver for the HDX 7000 comes from the camera. There is not an IR receiver on the chassis.
