Вы должны были бы видеоконференции моста (MCU) для размещения, что многие участники.

Polycom имеется несколько продуктов, которые могут удовлетворить ваши потребности - пожалуйста, ознакомьтесь с Polycom RealPresence продуктов Collaboration Server.

Если вам нужна разовая акция, я бы рекомендовал обратиться к видео-конференции хостинг-провайдера (за счет бюджета) - примеры для этих компаний включают: Глаз сети Regus, ACT-конференции и многое другое.
