Hi, I use Polycom RealPresence Desktop for Windows with a Corporate Account from my home LAN. On one Machine it works perferctly well - on another I cannot receive or share content. I see an explamation mark over the sharing option as soon as I connect. The network indicator is all greeen.
Just updated to 3.10 but that didn't help.
Any troubleshooting support is appreciated!
