Only getting single screen to Cisco Conductor 2.3 rendevouzs conference backed by Telepresence Server 4.0(28). One guide says I must pre-configure the endpoint and another guide says I should not pre-configure the endpoint. I would think natively everything should negotiate multiscreen via TIP.

Suggestions on pre-configuring the endpoints or not in Conductor?

What version is the RPX and does it have the TIP option?

Yes TIP is enabled and is version Polycom RPX 400 and the 4 individual codecs are HDX 8000 HD code Release – 3.1.3.2-38311.
