Hi All,

 

 

I need your help please, We have installed a RealPresence G500, for the firewall rules, as recomanded on the polycom documentation, I configured the Polycom IP as a DMZ host.

 

The tests results are a bit strange:

 

  • Received call : everything works very well on both side (audio and video)

 

  • Dialed call: we can see that the call is opened but we don’t have video or audio on Sousse side while on the other side they have the video and audio working fine

Did anyone  encountered this kind of issue please?

Hi,

 

looks like it is a firewall issue on your side.

 

Check again firewall settings and try to call from outside the firewall.
