Real Presence Group Series 310 - Remote Battery will not go green when charging

Hi everyone,

I have a few RPG310 Codecs and on a couple of them I have battery charging issues with the remote battery. Some will charge fine and go 'green' when fully charged, on a couple of others, I can charge the battery for a couple of days and they still won't go green. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @KK Sky,

sounds to me like they are deeply discharged and without a special charger, you won´t reanimate them again.
