I am try to upgrade software an am unable to get to the Web Interface with a RPG System, I have never had a problem with the HDX Systems???

What browser are you using?  I've had good luck with Chrome...

Not enough information here to provide any guidance.

 

What is the issue specifically?  when you check for software what is the response?  What version are you at and what is the software version the system is saying you need to go to?
