Hi,
We use the CMA as our global directory
If we make changes to endpoints the directory changes show correctly on the RMX which is linked to the CMA Directory.
Group Series & HDX4500 codecs however show duplicate entries for the same system
This is where VC names have been changes i.e was T.O.C now TOC, directory shows both
There is no Directory refresh on the Group systems and HDX4500 as there was on the HDX8000s
I have tried on the HDX4500 turning off "Save Global Directory to System" with no luck
also tried deregistering from the GDS
I am assuming it is locally cached entries that are causing the problems
Anybody know how to reload/refresh the system's address book on Group & HDX4500 systems
