Hey all,

 

Has anyone here been experiencing an issue with Teams & Adobe? I have an issue whereby users, internal & external, when connected to meetings through these devices cannot share an Adobe PDF by using Share Window and then going full screen in Adobe. When you go full screen while sharing an Adobe PDF as a window you get the first page of the PDF and then when the presenter browses down the pages it stays stuck on the first page of the PDF.

 

I have a ticket logged with Microsoft because I am convinced it is a Teams issue but that is moving very slowly. I am hoping someone here might have come across it and know how to resolve it?
