Studio X50 with Barco Clickshare CX-20 - audio problem

Hi,

I have audio problems with my X50 working with Barco Clickshare CX-20 gen2.

When I share my computer by using the "Share" button on TC8, audio doesn't work. I only can have sound by using "Device mode".

The provider is Teams

Poly X50 Hardware : 3

Poly X50 Software : 4.0.1-380048

The is sound activated on Clickshare CX-20

Do you see where the problem comes from ?

When in Teams mode, Microsoft previously did not transmit audio from HDMI. 

This is thankfully changed, but you need to enable audio in the setting on the Teams Rooms. 

On the TC8, go to:

Settings 

Device settings

Admin Settings

 - sign in

Teams Admin Settings

General 

 - under content sharing, make sure to: Include audio

Thank you for your answer.

I have checked this parameter, but "include audio" is checked indeed.

I think the problem might have somthing to do with the audio parameter in Studio X50 's admin interface : "Activate audio USB".

This morning I could have sound when sharing my content from the first page of the TC8.

But I couldn't have audio in Device mode. It seems as it was "either device mode or content sharing" if I want to have audio.

Any other ideas ?

PS : when I tried with HDMI cable instead of Clickshare, I had sound when I share my content (using sharing button from the first page of th e TC8)
