Product: Poly Studio X70, Poly TC8

Hello everyone,

Hope you are well,

 

I recently move my Conference Room from Zoom to Google Meet (as we are Google Workspace user). With Zoom Room previously everything was fine but since we used Google Meet Hardware with our Poly Studio X70 we have a big quality issue like everything is pexilized.

I think it's a compatibility issue as on this video he have the same issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LP4NfWa8c4E
And in the commentary section one user ask him about this issue.

 

If anyone have more information about that and what can I do to fix it.
