Hello,

 

We have some problems using M100 with our videoconferencing system which is Sony XG80.

 

Whenever we connect to our Sony and someone else tries to connect to the same session, M100 will disconnect itself.

If there is someone already attending the meeting with Sony, M100 wont connect at all to the system.

 

Do you have any ideas how to fix this?

XG-80 last know release (to me anyway) was V2.04.  There is a statement in the release notes about Audio needing to be G.722 in MP calls & vido codec should be AUTO.

I can post the V2.04 XG80 release somewhere if it helps.  M100 should be Version: 1.0.4.19940_4151.
