Trio C60

I am uncertain whether the issues I'm experiencing began following the recent update of the Teams room systems on my MTRoW, the transition to Windows 11, or other software updates.

To recap my setup:

- MTRoW version 4.18.35.0 (Dell OptiFlex) running Windows 11

- 1 x Poly E70 Cam

- 2 x Poly C60 microphones daisy-chained in USB Optimized mode, with the latest firmware version 8.1.3

The problem I'm encountering is that when I join a meeting from the Teams room system, the speakers initially work for only a few seconds, or if there's no conversation in the room, they may stay functional for a few minutes. However, as soon as the microphones are activated, the speakers become silent, and there are no options available to rectify the issue. The microphones, on the other hand, continue to function without any problems. It's unclear whether the speaker volume drops to zero or if they stop working altogether.

I want to emphasize that I have ruled out any hardware issues. I tested the two Poly C60 microphones connected to a laptop, and they worked perfectly. Additionally, when using a basic headset with the MTRoW, the audio functions without any problems.

I also removed the Poly Audio app for the Poly E70 with no luck.

Could you expert provide any insights or guidance on this crazy behavior?

Best regards,

Mauro
