Studio X50

I can't create a ticket for a Poly Studio X50 here on the HP website. I can fill out the form, but when I click the send button, a blue spinner appears for a moment, and then nothing happens. I’ve tried different browsers and computers, but to no avail.

I'm from Germany, for the ticket creation I must choose Germany and I can change the language but it made no difference if I choose English or German.
