When using our 800s bridge we are unable to send content in a call to our VSX 5000 endpoints. I receive a message "The far system is not capable of receiving content"  I'm not sure if I need to change a setting on the endpoints or in our 800s config. Any help you could provide me would be great.

Hello William, 

 

I think we might need to know some more info for your issue. Do you have the 800s registered to a Lync server and if you do witch version? Also if you are doing Lync do you know if the content is trying to be send in RTV over using a supported h.263 resolution?
