Valid Multipoint Key is not working. Entering it does not enable MP capability. Please help!

My client has HDX 9002 System that is entitled for 4W MP capability and valid key is available but does not work (no effect).

Serial number of the codec is 820809090DB8C9. Valid 4W MP key is K23C-F879-58F0-0000-4000 (also available on-line).

Entering Multipoint Key has no effect - MP capability does not get enabled. Everything remain the same. See photo attached.

Anybody can help? Maybe new key should be generated? Can somebody from Polycom help? Thank you!

Hi alexg!

Unfortunately You have not  activated 4 way MP license. You have  5150-23914-001: SW OPT,4Mbps,HDX. - 4Mb line rate.

Great, you are right. Indeed this codec is only have 4MBs and not 4W MP option. Thanks for checking and confirming that!
