Hi @1L4SHL2 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with the Trio C60. I completely understand how important it is to have your headset working perfectly, and I’m here to help! Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to get things back on track:

  1. Check the Cable and Ports: First, ensure the USB-C to USB-A cable is securely connected to both the Trio C60 headset and your PC. If possible, try using a different USB-A port on your PC, or test with another cable to rule out any potential issues with the connection.
  2. Update Drivers: It’s a good idea to make sure your PC’s USB drivers are up to date, as outdated drivers can sometimes cause detection issues. You can check for updates in your device manager or directly on the manufacturer’s website.
  3. Restart Your PC: Sometimes, a simple restart can do wonders in resolving connectivity issues by refreshing your system and hardware.
  4. Test on Another Device: If possible, try connecting the Trio C60 to a different computer or device to verify whether the headset is functioning properly.
  5. Check for Firmware Updates: Lastly, ensure your Trio C60 headset has the latest firmware, as this can often fix any compatibility issues.

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
