I have an eagle eye 3 camera for hdx 8000 but it is not working and does not recieve any remote control signal but i use a software 2.6.0 then i noticed that the camera is not working but with software 3.0 but the the device it is too old
the question is which version of hdx 8000 are included when purchase the device notice the camera was working at the first time but i didn't notice the version and then suddenly the deivce stuck i had to reset it again and then camera is not working
and how can make the camera work again

There is a Camera Compatibility section in the HDX Release Notes that defines the software level support for each type of camera. The Release notes can be found here: Video , just select the Video product you want to look at.
The cameras are labeled on the bottom with a tag of MPTZ (Mechanical Pan Tilt Zoom) and the number. The key for that is:
MPTZ-6 EagleEye HD
MPTZ-7 EagleEye 1080
MPTZ-8 EagleEye II
MPTZ-9 EagleEye III
EPTZ-1 EagleEye View
The EagleEye Acoustic is labeled as such, and since it is a digital camera is supported only on the RealPresence Group Series, not the HDX.
