we have configured an hdx8000 polycom with a public ip accessible directly on the polycom but test them on chttps: //cdk7wk5alqgfjja36fscyk3v7m--support-polycom-com.translate.goog/content/support/north-america/usa/en/support/ video / video-test-numbers.html does not display image and sound

i can give us puiblic ip for the test if you need

If you connect but get no video or audio, you probably have a firewall issue.

 

You can also try to this test number, they will even call you back.
