Hello. I have just bought a secondhand vsx 7000 serial 82042404905fak

However there is no vga socket in the back. Can you help?

Hello, 

 

So you have the original VSX 7000 that came with a Second Monitor Cable. (Its Part number is 2457-10849-001) With out you will not have a VGA option for the unit. You can check online to see if one is being sold but it isn't sold through are resellers anymore. The unit itself is a End Of Life unit and Polycom doesn't have the parts anymore for that VSX system.
