Hi everyone,

am using a poly g7500, biamp dsp ,barco cx-50. on the dsp their are 4 ceiling mic connected to it, then the dsp is connected to the poly codec g7500 via usb. barco cx-50 is connected via usb type A to C (for device mode) to g7500 when doing wireless conferencing(cx-50) the mic and cameras is not detected by my pc but for the speaker its working correctly as my pc detects as clickshare speaker.

 

On the g7500 am also having an issue on device mode, if i go on device mode on the it work perfectly but if i exit device mode and enter device mode agian i only have audio no video signal i need to disconnect the HDMI and reconnect to have video signal.
