Hi,

Has anyone got the new feature in v3.6 Device Mode Auto Launch working with the x50 in Zoom Mode?

 

From my understanding with this in Zoom Mode if I plug a USB C device in it should automatically go into device mode. But what is happening for me is that I still need to confirm entering device mode on the TC8.

Ideally I'd like to not have the TC8 connected and have it automatically go into device mode.

Hi @ Liquid,

 

works as designed. In the past you had to swipe on the TC8 to choose and activate device mode.

Now you can connect your notebook and the Studio X recognizes it automatically, but gives you the choice the us device mode. Which is pretty clever, because sometimes you do not want to use device mode but content sharing. 😉
