Hey @smsbtech
If you are refering to the Channel Services Network and how to link an account there with a user name here, it can't be done.
You use the same HP Passport credentials, but the services (this forum and the Channel Services Network) are not linked.
If you are getting the error that you have a valid Passport ID but no account, just click on the "login problems?" link at the bottom of that login area, and follow the instructions in the red text in the screen shot below.
