Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
May I know the operating system on your computer?

Request you to provide more information for better assistance.
Recommend you to run a system test on your computer to make sure all the components are working fine.
Turn off/ shut down the computer.
Turn the computer ON and keep tapping F2 or ESC on startup and enter System diagnostics. Click here for assistance.
If the test fails, contact our phone support for the service options.
If the test passes, shut down the computer.
Once the computer boots to the desktop screen, run HP Support Assistant to diagnose issues and to make sure all the drivers are updated. Click here to know more.
