My apologies, this is the one you require for your mobile chip - try this:

Please, try DDU tool, it will completely remove the old driver, unlike the control panel option.

Thanks, I tried that too. still the same lag. I am really sad. I preordered Tekken 7 and I am very eager to play it online in few days. I can't imagine how horrible this game would be under this lag.

I already tried to recover the BIOS through USB and it did not work.

the BIOS install page did not show up just black screen.

Out of curiosity, When you said it just showed a black screen, at what point exactly?

In otherwords, you were able to create the installer ok, correct?

But when you hit the Windows key + B key and turned it on, the screen remained black, correct?

If this is so, that black screen will remain there for a good 1-3 minutes before anything will happen.

Can you try this again and wait to see what happens?

I can post a video of a screen shot while in process if it will help.

When I created the recovery on the flash drive it was successful and it actually renamed the flash drive to HP after that I turned off the PC for a minute then I pluged in the charger and the flash drive then pressed windows key and B then I pressed power for 3 seconds then I let go of power and kept holding windows and B keys. the caps lock light start to flash but that is it. the screen kept black and I stay for this almost 5 minutes. nothing shown. even though the video of the support page says you should have the install screen show up in 30 to 60 seconds.

You can let go of the keys after you let go of the power button. I dont know if that may have caused a problem.

I tried it now, still did not work.
