Hey guys,

 

Where can I find the option to download or order the recovery disk?

 

I couldn't find any option on support website, and I already spent the most useless 15 min on phone support with no success.

 

My recovery failed at the end and the laptop doesn't boot on win anymore. It goes directly to the recovery manager, displaying the information that some error occurred. From there, I have no options other than retry. And the retry throws the same error again and again.

 

I need an external (USB or DVD) recovery disk to try to fix this. Any help is appreciated.
