May as well forget it . I STILL GET WEEKLY CALLS FROM HP (HAS TTO BE HP) No one in administration will help  coming here was just a waste of time, I just quit answering the phone (HP MUST BE PRETTY BAD OFF TO KEEP DOING THIS)

 ANYWAY YOU CAN CONSIDER THIS CLOSED....I HAVE BEEN A HP USER FOR MANY YEARS BUT NEVER AGAIN.
