Hi,

 

I've recently purchased an Omen with the Xbox Elite Controller promotion, I now have to wait until 30 days have passed before claiming the controller.

After purchasing the laptop I received an email with Free software and games pack promotion for making the purchase... The promotion for the Elite controller says it cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Is this a trap?

 

If I download the software and games will my Xbox controller promotion be void??

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any. 

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends). 

Response times may vary by region.
