HP OMEN (HP 825B)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP support (phone) told me to try to push air into the computer to try to clean the fans.

I've tried to open the laptop , but I only removed the screws since I realized it was too complicated to remove the case.

Instead I only push air to the holes on the laptop.

The problem is that I cannot put back 2 of the screws.  And 2 other screws cannot be removed, even if the screw is turning.

Is this a problem for the HP technician that will have to open my computer to repair it ?

Or will HP refused to repair my computer when they'll see that I've played with the screws ?

Hi @trogne,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.
