Hi,

Try right-clicking on the program launcher in the folder of the game and click on troubleshoot compatibility issues. In the next windows choose the bottom option. Next windows tick the first two options and in following window choose windows 7. This should fix the problem since Metin seems to have problems on OS later than Windows 7.
