HP Recommended

My printer app keeps showing no internet connection even though it sees the printer in the app including current ink levels, etc. I followed all the troubleshooting I saw on this site for others with the same problem. Still no luck. I have installed/uninstalled app over and over, rebooted phone numerous times, reset router. Nothing will allow me to use the app to scan or print.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.
