What printer do you have?

Not a 'student' per my alias description, but who wants to waste time trying to figure out where that update is made?

Thanks for the confirmation.

 

I thought that model was on the list, but it's not.  I have a 7515 model that has been discontinued per the HP website, and is on the list. It is the same form factor as the 7520.  My printer has the 7515 model number on the touchscreen area, but the operating software says 7520.

 

The 7520 is not listed as discontinued, but it also is not in the HP lineup for printers offered for sale.  More confusion.

 

Below are contact options to get help from HP.

 

1. Dialing their call line. You may have to get bounced around. Stick with it.

Mon - Fri8 AM - 9 PM (ET)

Sat - Sun8 AM - 9 PM (ET)

As a backup try getting help through HPs Cloud Services at 855-785-2777

 

2. Submit a support request online at:

3. Chat ( a labyrinth to get to chat)
