Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to change the print size when I am wanting to print smaller pictures. I would like to be able to print 3x5 or 4x6 sized photos. I have the HP plug in installed but I still cannot change the paper size from 8.5x11 to anything other size. I am attaching a screenshot of my options.

Before I touch anything...

After I hit "paper size"

Hey there! @JenniferA0284,

Try updating the smartphone software version to the latest version and check if it helps.

Try the steps recommended below to change the paper settings.

Open app store and download and install HP smart app.

Open HP smart on your mobile device.

Select the picture or document you like to print.

Select print.

Select paper size you like.

Select more options

Under scaling select fit to page.

Go back select print.

Refer the images attached below to know more information about changing the page sizes using the HP smart app.
