Hi,

Try following Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel and check if that may help:

Please let me know how it goes,

Shlomi

Thanks for the reply. I have tried that various times of no avail.  Keep getting this when trying to connect.   It all connected so smoothly when we first got it. But the change of router has been a real pain.

Hi,

Can you see the control panel display with a zero or may you see any other number on the screen with any blinking light?

Can you see the power light solid lit?

When you press both the Wifi and Cancel lights for 3 seconds the power light should start blinking, once it becomes solid again the blue wifi light should blink and then the Setup printer should become available.

If it doesn't, be sure to restart the printer and ensure the wifi light blinks (if it is off, shortly press the WiFi button) and then try setting up the connection again.

May you see any difference or may you see any other behavior?
