Eprint on 6700 works, but don‘t see it in hp smart in web

An old email address for eprint to my hp 6700 still works, I get a mail after printing ok, but in my hp smart account I don‘t see the printer. Also on printer panel the request to show the email address fails…

how can I get access to this?
