Hi,

New HP printer, new HP laptop, My wifi is through an apartment community service. I have not be able to connect to the printer to wifi network with either the USB cable or Wirelessly. I have spoken to Spectrum at least 7 times, they have troubleshot this issue without success. Please HELP! I have downloaded the HP print/scan doctor and that has been useless too. I'm at a loss of what to do?

Welcome to the HP Support Community

Note: Check the router band: Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.

Perform restore network settings to default settings

● Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Connect the printer using the USB connection

Then, use this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253/document/c034... for Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection.

Keep me posted, how it goes!
