Today I was trying to print from my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad S340) and it refused to print. I kept getting messages like the ones I've attached (user intervention and attention required). The printer will not tell me what the problem is and I've done literally every single thing to get it to work and it won't. I can print test pages and I can print from my phone. But getting it to print from my laptop is impossible. Last week when this happened, it was because it wasn't connected to my wifi. Now it's anyone's guess. HELP!

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

I don't recall what I did, but I got the printer to work. But if it happens again, I'll look into your suggestion. Thanks.
