How about a generic solution?

Where is the documentation regarding HP Mimecast?
Where can people log in and see a list of mails that are on hold, etc.

I have the same issue

Hi, can you share the fix for others?

I even logged into HPSmart and my printer is open to any and all who email it. If I click on Accepted, I can add the only email addresses that I want to be allowed to print to my printer. Under this Accepted area, my email address that I tried to print from is listed as "owner!" Never had this happen until today...

I checked and mind was already set to "Open to Anyone..." Perhaps I should change that and then change it back. Hmmmm.

@bob5654, @CMcD2

I'd need the ePrint email address of the printer which cannot be shared on a public post for security reasons. Hence, I have sent you a private message, kindly respond to the same.

Keep me posted for further assistance.

HP needs to contact MimeCast with your printer's email address.  MimeCast will then unblock that address and you should be good to go.  HP support did this for me.

Thanks, that worked for me.

But is there a plan that that can be done by the user itself in future?

The current way is more then complex...

All the users with problems have to find that forum.

Then someone from HP support will contact them and manage with mimecast the the not working mail adressed will work.

What a strange process... 😞

Any self administration portal would be much more easier 😉 I think this is a nice feature wish for future 😉
