Hp eprint by email does not work at all, but HpSmart remote print via app works perfectly.

I have set up this printer several times, factory reset, etc. I can get HP smart app and HP everywhere remote printing to work perfectly.  I would like to have HP eprint by email work, too, but it does not and never has yet.  I have set the special hpeprint.com email and sent a lot of emails with pdf attachments, right size, etc.  I get the same results, I get the donotreply we recieved your email and it has been sent.  No printing. Not one,  but the HP everywhere remote printing works every time.  Yeah, I know, why complain, but it would be nice to allow friends to use my printer via email once in a while.  I have played with allowing everyone to send, allowing only those i choose, no difference. I always email from my owner email to test eprint, so it should work. Racking my brain.

Hi,

HP ePrint is not supported for a 8025e printer, you may use HP Print Anywhere to print remotely, using an HP ePrint address is not supported and not expected to work with your printer,

Well ok, but the app gives me an email address, and when I email, I get a response not a bounce. Just no printing. If you are correct, then it's like a fast food going out of business but leaving the open sign on. Some one needs to fix that if you are right.

It is 8020e not 8025e. Nevertheless, my money says HP probably isn't putting much effort into the email printing so I will consider this all solved.
