Product: Hp officejet 8600 plus

I am having difficulty getting the chromebook to recognize the wired connection to the hp officejet 8600 plus.  When I connected the usb no pop up appears.

I understand that you are facing issues with connecting the printer with Chromebook.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Have you installed the "HP Print" app from the Chrome Web Store onto your ChromeBook?

 

This app works very well with my 8600 and ChromeBook
