I want to print from my iPhone but poking around I see I need to enable the WiFi on the printer.

 

The printer is hardwired on the local network.  Does enabling WiFi disable the hardwired subassembly?

HP Recommended

You can't have both wireless and wired at the same time. You need to switch from one to the other.

 

If your printer is hardwired to a wireless router all wireless devices on the same router can use the printer.
